Embodied Clarity
A team leader and two senior direct reports were locked in a long-standing personality conflict quietly threatening to cost the organization both employees.
Through individual conversations and one focused workshop, the team moved from stuck and frustrated to genuinely working together again — and both direct reports chose to stay.
That's the outcome I aim for every time. Not just insight — a team that actually moves differently afterward.
Most leaders and teams don't struggle because they lack knowledge or experience. They struggle because pressure narrows perspective.
Under stress, we react from habit and lose sight of what actually matters.
Better leadership starts with seeing clearly again.
The Practice
Awaken → Align → Act
Awaken by becoming aware of what is happening within and around you.
Align by connecting with your values, your purpose, and your whole self — not just the good parts.
Act by embodying what matters through intentional action.
It's simple by design — because under real pressure, complicated frameworks don't get used.
Embodied Clarity is the destination.
What Changes
Your Guide
I bring this through my work as an Executive Coach, Group Facilitator, and Gestalt Practitioner in Organizations — grounded in how people actually perceive, react, and change under pressure, not just theory about leadership.
This work draws on over 25 years' experience working with individuals and groups — including 15 years of Executive Coaching — together with professional practice as a breathwork teacher and facilitator of Systemic Constellations.
I've been supporting teams and leaders from organizations such as Allianz, Kärcher, Airbus, and Daiichi Sankyo since 2001 — delivering in-person work across Europe, Asia and the Americas, with virtual sessions worldwide.
Different backgrounds, one focus: helping people see clearly and act differently — even under pressure.
How We Work
Through virtual or in-person sessions, we combine mindful reflection with practical experimentation to turn insight into action.
We combine practical development tools with unconventional practices to go beneath the surface — so change doesn't just happen in the room, it holds afterward.
